Sub: November 24th

We welcome anyone who was not able to play the full season to fill in as a substitute each week. Substitutes may play in the division they have previously been rated for, or in one above. They are not permitted to play in lower divisions, as it could be unfair to other teams.

Steps to subbing:

- Post in the LSVA Player NETwork on Facebook to find a team in need

- Register in the Play section of the website

- Un-rated substitutes MUST check in with Joel Norris or a member of the Skills & Development Committee before they step onto a court to avoid forfeiture.

- Competitive & Recreational - Check-In (SUBS) @ 5:30, PLAY: 5:45 - 7:45 pm
- Power & Advanced  - Check-In (SUBS) @ 7:30, PLAY: 7:45 - 9:45 pm
